The Martini Tour has become the signature event of Home + History Las Vegas held annually on the last weekend in April.

We are excited to bring this event to Reno in partnership with Historic Reno Preservation Society's Harvest of Homes!

Join Nevada Preservation as we explore Maisie's Mansion at 725 California Avenue. Peruse this amazing home, take home a commemorative martini glass, nosh on small plates, and learn about the life and travels of Maisie Muller. Her story is Nevada's form of bootstrapping, going from song and dance girl to British nobility. After a Reno divorce, she met her forever husband and became a Nevada doctor's wife.

What could be better after a day of perusing some of Reno's most amazing historic homes than to pick up a martini cocktail and hobnob with other historic home enthusiasts in this amazing Spanish Colonial Revival home from 1923?!? Join Nevada Preservation Foundation at our first-ever heritage event in Reno! Maisie's Mansion is a 4,000 square foot home boasting four bedrooms, over a half acre of gardens, and stunning views onto downtown Reno.

Nevada Preservation's executive director, Heidi Swank, will provide a brief talk on Maisie's amazing life as well as the beautiful home built just for her. Attendees will mingle and explore the home with a complimentary cocktail in a commemorative martini glass and hors d'oeuvres. The Martini Tour is the perfect way to relax, catch up with neighbors, make new friends, and take in one last amazing home before the Harvest of Homes disappears for another year!
